Q: What is your Wheel Set Warranty?

A: Our wheels are guaranteed to be 100% hand built and inspected prior to shipping. Due to the fact that there are several mechanical components involved in a wheel build, we only guarantee TNT Bicycles brand components against manufacturers defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover nonTNT Bicycles brand components, such as rims, spokes, or nipples. We do not warranty the consequences of normal wear and tear to cogs, pawl assemblies, bearings, seals, etc. or damage resulting from shipping, storage, accidents, negligence, shocks or falls, improper installation or installation with incompatible products or components, poor maintenance, abnormal or improper use, modification and / or alteration of the product. This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. An original receipt of purchase must be presented with any warranty claim.

Q: How do I become a TNT Bicycles Team Rider/Family member?

A: We recruit riders for sponsorship and the team via our own channels that don't involve recruiters or resumes. Asking to get sponsored will 9/10 times result in you not getting sponsored. We believe riders should ride for their own reasons and not to get on a team or get a sponsorship. We find our team riders based on their effort, attitude, loyalty to the family, how we think their personalities will mesh with other teammates, in addition to their athletic ability. To us it's impossible to quantify in Nag standings or tricks what makes someone TNT Bicycles material. We are a family.  

 

Q: How does a team become co-sponsored by TNT Bicycles?

A: We are always looking for unique opportunities with teams who can help promote and grow the TNT Bicycles/Components brand. Sponsorships are a significant investment of time, money, and marketing efforts. Open enrollment starts typically November & December each year, we use a selection process for identifying teams that may be a good fit for our program.  Sponsorship opportunities are limited. Request for sponsorship should be sent to support@tntbicycles.net  

Q: Do you charge tax?

A: Since we have a physical presence/facility in Florida, we must collect applicable sales taxes from online customers in Florida. If the billing or shipping address is in Florida, by law we are required to collect 6% sales tax.

If your address is outside of Florida, sales tax is exempt.  

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we only ship within the US and to Canada. We do not offer international shipping. Also, our Checkout Cart will only accept US and Canadian issued credit cards.

An alternative suggestion is to use PayPal with a confirmed shipping address in the US or Canada such as an international freight forwarding company. We are not affiliated with any forwarding service and unable to offer suggestions.

 

Q: I received my order, but it's incomplete / wrong! How do I get this fixed?

A: Immediately contact support@tntbicycles.net with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Item that is missing, or incorrect
  • Photos of the item
Q: If I used the product, can I return it?
A: No. Any used merchandise will render it unacceptable for a refund. We only allow returns that are in its original condition: brand new, unused, not damaged, packaging intact. If your return is clearly used, we may issue a restock fee or reject. If rejected, you are responsible for the return shipment back to you.
