Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and or spokes.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@tntbicycles.net If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

All returned items will be refunded either to your original method of payment or to a store credit depending on the timeframe of your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
If you received an order that was damaged during shipping, please contact us at 732-410-9855. We will also need you to email us photos showing the following:

The package as it has arrived to you.
Entire Order Contents.
Close up shots showing the damaged parts/product. If the damage has occurred to a frame, we will also need a photo of the serial number.
Please DO NOT destroy the packaging as our shipping providers will require inspection.

ORDER CORRECTIONS:
TNT Bicycles works hard to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. If an error was made in the fulfillment process, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product so that we can make the necessary corrections. Shipping of replacement items and return shipping will be handled by TNT Bicycles. We will not reimbursement shipping fees paid by the customer.

REFUNDS POLICY:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return and credited in the original payment form, less the cost of shipping. Due to circumstances beyond our control, once processed, refunds can take up to 72 business hours to be visible in the customer’s account.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT:

TNT warrants its bicycle products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30-days from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only and cannot be transferred. Any TNT product that is found to be defective in materials and or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of TNT Components Group, LLC providing it is returned to our freight facility prepaid. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, normal and reasonable wear and tear (including surface rust), crash or impact, failure to perform routine maintenance as instructed, and use other than that for which the product was intended.

LOYALTY REPLACEMENT PROGRAM:

Accidents happen, and if you race or ride your bike hard enough, no matter what type of bike you ride, you will eventually break something. We understand the burden of having to replace a non-warranty frame or part. Therefore, if a non-warranty component breaks, we offer a low-cost crash replacement program with special pricing to get you back on track. Contact us directly for more information, and pricing.
